I believe that eating bread taps into a primitive instinct that nurtures the soul with simple ingredients, transformed by a simple natural process that is fermentation. When quality organic ingredients are used, the flavour of the wheat sings, and you can’t help but relish the flavour.

Bread Orders: Orders for your bread can be made up until Wednesday 6pm for collection at Voyager Point the following Friday. Once the sourdough is mixed, it rests for 24+ hours fermenting all those delicious flavours until it finds the heat of the bake.

The online products will read ‘sold out’ after midday Wednesday, as it accounts for pre-orders only. Additional bread will always be available at the door on Fridays. The range of breads will be subject to availability.

Collections can be made any time between

12pm and 6pm on the Friday.
